This listing is for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. This is a lovely, family neighborhood near many trains, restaurants, groceries. There's a front and backyard (backyard has lots of native plants!) and both are fenced. We have upstairs neighbors that are seldom heard. Same with neighbors on either side. Tile floors in the communal areas. Wood floors in bedrooms. Area rugs here and there. TV in living room. Kitchen has everything you need. There's an additional fridge in the basement as well. Full size bed, dresser, closet with hangers desk, chair, sheets, and towels. Pets are allowed on a pet by pet basis.

The space

Three bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the ground floor with a basement. There a small washing machine in the basement as well as an additional fridge. Bathrooms are shared. There's nice light in the front bedroom but the rest of the apartment gets minimal light despite the windows. My favorite part of the apartment is the backyard. There's lots of native plants, sun and shade and it's fenced.
