This is a new walk-out apartment in a custom built timber-frame house. The apt has its own private entrance which opens to a hillside meadow with nice views. Inside, there's a cozy living area furnished with a mix of solid antique and modern pieces. The kitchen has all the standard appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker/grinder) and we've tried to supply you with everything you might need (if we missed something just ask). There's a dedicated office nook with fast Wi-Fi, and a spare monitor if you need it. The bedroom is quiet and has blinds, so it works fine if you're on a different schedule or working nights. The bathroom has a generously sized tiled walk in shower and there's an in-unit washer/dryer for your own use. Outside, the fields around the house are good for cross-country skiing in the winter, and the dirt road we're on is quiet - nice for a walk or jog any time of year. It's about two minutes off the interstate and five minutes to Gifford Medical Center and downtown Randolph for groceries, restaurants, or a bit of local culture. The area's great across seasons - fall foliage drives in October, some nice lakes nearby for summer (we can lend a canoe and beach chairs), and ski resorts within 30-40 minutes come winter. We're happy to share our favorite local spots if you want recommendations. Worth a mention, the driveway has a bit of an incline (well maintained, nothing crazy) so AWD or 4WD makes life easier if staying here in winter. One of us works from home, so we're generally available if you ever need anything. Discounts available for stays of 90 days or more.

Randolph is a small town with lots to offer! There's a music hall, rec facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, 3 ski resorts within 30-40 minutes, a golf course, movie theatre, train station, brewery, lots of good restaurants, cafe, bakery, grocery stores, vintage and thrift, backcountry skiing, biking trails, local swimming spots, and loads more!
