This home offers comfort, space, and naturemaking it the perfect place to work, relax, or host loved ones during your stay. Additional Things to Note: We offer leases from one month to up four month increments with the ability to renew. If you need a longer lease, please message us as we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. PLEASE NOTE - Rentals occurring during July, August, and December will be rented at an amount of $6500 to account for the peak season. Refundable Security Deposit of $1000 Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $250 per Pet Max 2 Pets Cleaning fee of $500 Background Check Required for all Guests over 18. Cost of background check to be paid by renter. Wood or supplies for the outdoor wood-burning fire pit are or smoker not provided. No parties or gatherings without prior approval. No smoking/vaping indoors. Quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, coffee station goods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional goods as needed. Security camera (active recording device) located on front porch and on the back deck. Camera captures audio and video data. Noise/smoke monitor located in home. Device actively monitors home environment, but does not record audio. Damage Protection & Guest Verification A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required for each reservation. For direct bookings, we require a background check for all adults (18+) staying in the home. The primary renter must complete a full background check at a cost of $55, while all additional adult guests must complete a streamlined background check for $20 per person. For insurance and corporate housing stays, we will coordinate with the insurance provider or corporate housing company to align with their requirements on guest verifications. However, we may still require either a full or streamlined background check, depending on the circumstances. All renters must pass the background check process to confirm their stay. This policy helps ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests. Utilities: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water, and internet, please be aware that there is a combined cap per month for these expenses. We base the utilities cap on the season. $400 cap when renting between October and May, $550 cap when renting between June and September. Guest will be billed for any amount that exceeds the caps listed above. We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding these important details.
