The 500 square-foot master suite includes a brand new, adjustable king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and mattress topper; a separate, large soaking tub; double sinks; a walk-in closet; a small desk; and a large dresser. Down the hall is a second bedroom set up as a home office. There is a third bedroom where I will store some of my belongings. The open kitchen / dining area is spacious and includes a walk-in pantry. In the living room is a cozy gas fireplace, a large-screen TV and gorgeous mountain views. You will have access to ample storage in the garage, as well as room for your car. Fresh paint inside -- all walls and ceiling -- and new carpet in the bedrooms. This is a neighborhood of front porches, underground utility lines, thoughtful neighbors, and quiet streets. You'll enjoy spectacular sunset and mountain views from the living room or the front porch, and the back deck includes an outdoor gas fire pit, grill, and twinkle lights. Redmond's brand new fitness center with two indoor pools, a full gym, classes is a mile away - four minutes by car! It's an amazing facility. Redmond is the new Bend (without the traffic) with coffee shops, breweries, and bike shops. I know medical professionals who live in Redmond and work in Bend, and it's faster and easier for them to get to work from here than it is to drive from one side of Bend to the other. A new Costco between Bend and Redmond just opened, so now both Costco and Trader Joe's are only 15 minutes away. I will consider a pet on a case-by-case basis. The backyard is completely fenced but the yard is seeded for wildflowers in the spring, so if you need a space for your dog to romp, this isn't a good property for you.

The space

Beautiful, cozy and comfortable two bedroom, two bath home available for 2 to 6 months while I move to Portland to help family. Neighborhood: Majestic Ridge is Redmonds nicest neighborhood. The power lines are underground, the garages open to alleys behind the homes creating an inviting neighborhood feel, and many of the home have beautiful views including mine. We have easy access to Hwy. 97 and everything Bend has to offer; were two miles from downtown Redmond with its restaurants, pubs, and bike shops; and just over a mile from Redmonds Dry Canyon.
