Very comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. Hiking, biking and walking trails right out the door. Enjoy high ceilings, natural wood trim and lots of natural light. We especially love the back patio with a natural area just past the maintained back yard. Watch the deer, squirrels and rabbits right from the patio. Used as a successful vacation rental for the last 12 years, but unwilling to continue with VRBO.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. 1394 square feet. The living room has amazingly high ceiling with lots of natural light. Very comfortable furniture with Natuzi sofa and love seat and 2 lazy boys. Primary bedroom is nicely separate on one end with a laundry closet between the next 2 bedrooms. Outside is a patio table with 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ. 2 zero gravity chairs for relaxing are also there.
