Private Upstairs Rental Unit in single family home. Unit includes bedroom, large loft area, bathroom and office nook with microwave and mini fridge. No smoking inside the house. House is only 4 years old and very nice and safe. Keypad locks. Close to several hospitals in the area. We have one small dog who stays downstairs and no additional pets will be allowed.
