The space

Private queen bedroom with private bath in the hallway directly adjacent to the room. Shared areas: kitchenette with one small refrigerator for each room, family room, patio and entrance, plus use of the backyard, and propane grill. Common areas occasionally shared with one roommate if both rooms are booked. Owners live upstairs with two dogs and no children. Home is a split-level, and the room is on the ground level with access from the patio. Neighborhood: Located in Eagle Crest Resort, with three golf courses, and miles of paved walking / biking trails. The home backs up to public land perfect for year round hiking.
