The shared ground floor of a 2 story, multi unit, luxury in mid 2000's, condo. Great views of the south of town and the Sierra Nevada mountains. The master suite is safe, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. While in the city, there are great hill hiking trails outside the door. Grocery stores Sprouts and Smiths are a mile away and the property is also close to a couple of hospitals, also a mile in each direction. The gated community has about 19 other buildings with units. This unit is the furthest from the road, and has the best unobstructed mountain views. It is light and next to good hiking trails which you do not need to drive to. The pool and hot tub and seasonal, and this is reflected in the price.

The space

Has a lovely little shared patio leading out from the bedroom - and another entrance from the kitchen. The master suite comfortably fits one person. The bedroom also acts as a living room. The bathroom has a mini refrigerator, a kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker. Parking is available, and storage space is also in the garage.
