Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom one story house with a large front and back yard, off street parking and a front and rear patio. We are located only a 7 minute drive, taxi / uber or bus ride from downtown Reno. The rear patio is set up with an awning, table and barbeque for your enjoyment. We have a strong internet connection for a digital nomad or simply streaming movies or playing games. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and attached bath with a shower. The 2 additional bedrooms each have a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. All 3 bedrooms have overhead fans, plus there are overhead fans in the living room and dining area. The guest bathroom has a bathtub. One bedroom has a treadmill for your use in case you want to get a workout in without leaving the house. Each guest bedroom has a motorized sit / stand desk ready for you to use for work if you are a digital nomad. The living room has a TV with a Fire stick so you can stream any service, and also has a couch with a comfortable fold-out bed that can sleep 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs with a stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and a variety of cookware. We have a central gas heat furnace and central air conditioning so you will always be at a comfortable temperature in all areas of the house. We have a vegetable garden in the backyard during the summer on an automatic timed watering system. Help yourself to the veggies! Beautiful Lake Tahoe is only a 40 min to 1.5 hour drive away (depending on which part of the lake you are visiting) with many ski areas accessible in the winter and other outdoor activities in the summer, including hiking, fishing, boating, parasailing, swimming or just lounging on the beach enjoying the spectacular mountain scenery and crystal clear blue water. The home is located about 5 minutes by car from Interstate 80 providing quick access to the 14 ski areas in and around Lake Tahoe including well known Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw), Northstar and Heavenly, plus Mount Rose which is right above Reno. The University of Nevada at Reno (UNR) is about 2 miles away from our house with many opportunities for entertainment such as football, basketball etc. Go Wolf Pack! Downtown Reno is a lively urban area with many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, casinos, shows and a beautiful paved path for biking or strolling along the Truckee River. Midtown Reno is a short distance from Downtown Reno offering a quieter more laid-back experience with many restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket, gym, bank and pharmacy less than a 10 min walk away from the house and it is only a 5 min walk to several bars, a coffee shop, yoga studio, pizza and a great Mexican Restaurant with views of Downtown Reno from the patio.
