Quiet neighborhood located near the Truckee River and Mayberry Park. There is access to paved trails along the river (Tahoe Pyramid trail) and dirt trails including the Steamboat Ditch trail for walking, hiking, and biking. Only 12 min to Midtown and 20 min to Renown Regional and UNR. Only 40 min to Northstar Ski Resort and Mt Rose Ski Resort, 45 min to Palisades Ski Resort.

The space

Space is located in a private residence (3 bedroom 2 bathroom house) shared with only one roommate. There is plentiful street parking for your use. You will have full access to the spacious shared spaces including living room, dining room, washer/dryer, kitchen, workout space, backyard, deck area, and hot tub. There is also space in the garage for a few bins or outdoor equipment such as skis, bikes, etc. Must be okay with a dog, although he comes with me to work so is often not there.
