A completely furnished apartment including a first nights meal. A large bedroom with a beautiful bay window (I include room darkening curtains). There is a new 12 queen size memory foam mattress. An extra large walk-in closet/room (I can provide a desk if you would like to use it as such. Living room has a comfortable recliner chair that both heats and massages for unwinding after work, also a large flatscreen Roku TV, internet and wi-fi is included. The kitchenette has a new air fryer /microwave and conduction stovetop, many new other upgrades. The bathroom is sizable with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with 10 jets. Plenty of unrestricted parking on our street. I have converted my home so that I live on the first floor, you have your own locked entry at the top of the stairs. I am very respectful of privacy. We have some amazing sunsets that I encourage you to use the waterside to enjoy. The yacht club is on the same block so you can see some amazing ships go by. At the end of the block is also a bus stop if needed. And the train station is at the other end of Broadway.
