The house sits on a 4 acre site with the owner in another house next door. The property sits on Round Lake and enjoys a dock with kayaks, a canoe and excellent swimming (tenant has full access.) The house has two full baths one with a tub and the other with a shower. However, the house features a private outdoor shower which is ideal from April to October. The house also has a large Trex deck that has a table that sits up to eight. The living room is spacious with a fire place (propane), five floor to ceiling windows (overlooking the deck, lawn, woods and small duck pond.). The kitchen has a small dining area that enjoys a full window looking out at nature! This house is about as peaceful as one can find.

The space

We live about 4 miles outside Rhinebeck on a small lake called Round Lake. It is rural and quiet but close to town. However, if you sit out on the deck or down on the dock in the lake you feel like you are miles and miles away from the hustle and bustle of life!
