1-acre neighborhood lot with large gardens, surrounded by nature. Abundant hiking / biking / running / cross-country skiing trails both from the neighborhood and in the area. There is a small house on the property occupied by the apartment owners. The neighborhood is a friendly, low key spot close to schools, 1.9 miles from the village center.

The space

The 1BR/BA + Studio is a gorgeous, light-filled second floor living space/kitchen with a first floor bedroom. Big windows give a tree-house free amongst the white pines. Hardwood floors throughout. Renters may also choose to have the primary bed upstairs (where the futon is now in the photos) and use the downstairs room as an office / guest room, we are happy to rearrange.
