Brand new construction means it was specifically designed to meet your needs. From your smart lock keyless entry with your own private code to the refrigerated air cooled bedroom, a custom large walk-in closet with beautiful built-in shelving, and small personal fridge. Beautiful bathroom with a tiled tub/shower to relax and soak the stress away and end the spa feeling with your own towel warmer. 42" flatscreen TV in the bedroom & super fast high speed internet as well as dedicated workspaces. Owners live on the property in a separate wing, but this wing is dedicated to 2 other folks like yourself who all have their own separate entrances and bathrooms so the only things you share are the common hallway and the washer/dryer units. In the common area is a small loveseat area where you can sit and relax as well as a dedicated workstation area with internet. The shared Cantina area has a coffee station for your caffeine fixes, a toaster, and a microwave that also air fries for all your meal needs as well as dishes & utensils. The Washer and Dryer included on premise is at no charge and we include weekly linen and towel service. And to relax and enjoy the wonderful New Mexico evenings, there is a beautiful shared outside courtyard to relax & unwind by the fire pit. We are in a quiet, secure neighborhood so come by and visit this gem; you wont be sorry
