Room · 1,800 sq ft · 1 bed · 1.5 baths · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Hi, welcome! I have a 1800 sq ft. house, on a quiet street, close to almost everything. I am willing to facetime to show you everything if you would like to check it out before booking. You would have your own room but everything else is shared with me. There is a shared kitchen, a full as well as a half bath, living room, dining room, sunroom, basement, patio, backyard, and a shared driveway. In the living room I have a samsung tv, loaded with hulu, netflix, hbo max, and apple tv. Due to this being located in the town of Southampton we cannot park on the street overnight between 1am-5am. I just installed Central Air in the house this year and the kitchen and full bath are recently renovated, with a heating towel rack in the bathroom, bidets in both baths (possibly my favorite part), and new appliances in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer, both are located in the kitchen, and I have a barbecue on the patio, and a large fenced in backyard that abuts a small creek. I have a keyless entry into the house, you will have your own entry code, and for security I have ring cameras on the property facing outward only, and sensor lights for the driveway. Beach 20 min. Tanger 10 min. Costco/BJ's 10 min. LIRR Speonk 15 min. LIRR Ronkonoma 25 min. LIRR Babylon 45 min. Peconic Bay hospital 7 min. Stony Brook hospital 45 min. Southside hospital 45 min. Mather hospital 45 min. Good Samaritan hospital 45 min. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** I have 2 very friendly medium sized dogs, a bernedoodle and a mix, who will sleep with me in my room at night. I also have chickens that I let out freerange during the day in the backyard. Also, as I am in the town of Southampton (but close to Riverhead), there is a 2 week minimum booking.

The space

The room itself is large, approximately 13' x 13', with a queen bed, 2 night stands, a desk, a samsung tv, a laundry basket, and 2 closets. I will provide sheets, pillows, and towels, and a blanket. There are 2 Central Air vents in the room in the ceiling, which do a great job of keeping the room comfortable. The desk is perfect if you want to do any work, plus there is lighting other than the ceiling light. Wifi is included, and I can provide access to hulu, netflix, and hbo.
