Room for rent in shared home. This is a ranch home with three bedrooms, one of which is available for traveling professionals. A calm and peaceful environment, meant for people who want a safe and enjoyable home base. No drama, no parties, just rest and relaxation. My favorite parts of the house are the hot tub, dining area and coffee & tea area, nice kitchen with a double oven, and the relaxing back yard that contains a fire pit, hammock, fruit trees, and fenced in patio with a relatively newer hot tub that feels amazing on cold winter nights. Sonny the cat lives on-site, and will snuggle with you if you leave your bedroom door open. Two other quiet young professionals occupy the 2 other bedrooms and have normal tonlster working hours (both male). The main priority is for this great home is to have the 3rd bedroom rented out by the right person that will be kind to Sonny the cat, enjoy the amenities, and be respectful of the home and others within it.

The space

Large fully furnished bedroom with Queen bed. This is a shared home with 2 other people who are low drama and respectful. You can use the rest of the house, including a fenced in back patio with new hot tub. 1 room available Jan 1st 2026. 1.5 bathrooms (shared). There is one orange tabby cat that also lives in the house.
