Do you require a background check? - Yes, but if you have a copy of a recent background check from your agency or contract location, we can utilize that. 9. How much is the background check? - $39.99 through KeyCheck. 10. How do I provide my deposit and rent payments? - We collect payments through: Zelle, Apple Pay, and CashApp. 11. What if my bank charges a fee for using Innago? - We accept other electronic forms of payment such as Zelle and Apple Pay. 12. What if my contract is canceled before I get there? - All funds will be returned to you except the background check fee, we don't collect that. 13. What if I need to extend? - We ask for a 30-day notice before your contracted end date. 14. When is the rent due? - The 1st of every month. 15. What if we move in during the middle of the month? - The rent will be prorated to reflect your stay.
