About the Space: Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this home is within walking distance of everything Rochester has to offer. The first level features a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, a big-screen TV, a physical media library, and access to nearly all major streaming platforms. The adjacent dining room includes a full-sized table, a small bar area, and an attached half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. In the basement, you'll find a washer and dryer, along with additional storage space. Outdoor spaces are a highlight: The front porch includes a comfortable sectional seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The back deck features a hammock, Adirondack chairs, a grill, and an outdoor TV. The shaded, fenced-in backyard also includes a small ramp for skateboarding. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has been converted into a home office/gym with mat flooring, a rowing machine, workout bench, and free weights ideal for staying active without leaving home. About Me: Hi! I'm Justin, a civil engineer working as a project manager in bridge and roadway construction. I'm working out of town where I'm only back on weekends and even then I'm still probably working in one way or another. Outside of work, I stay active hiking, skateboarding, and playing hockey. I'm also part of a local pool league and enjoy exploring Rochesters many events. In the winter, I take advantage of my slower work season and travel or I stick around to watch Buffalo Sabres hockey as with half season tickets.
