Both bedrooms have full-size beds, Smart TVs, dedicated desks and chairs, dressers, nightstands, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains with blinds. These individual workspaces are especially useful when two professionals share an apartment and need separate areas for remote work, studying, or catching up after a shift. The large, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, upper and lower cabinetry, a gas stove, a stainless steel refrigerator and microwave, a coffee pot, a portable water filtration system, butcher blocks, cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The appliances and furnishings are new, so that you can arrive with the everyday essentials already in place. In the living room, a fold-down sofa provides flexible seating and occasional sleeping space. A Smart TV with a surround-sound speaker system makes it easy to relax at home, while the gas-insert fireplace adds warmth and comfort during Rochester's colder months. New luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout the apartment. One of the home's most useful extra spaces is the enclosed, heated, all-season front porch.
