Welcome to your home away from home in Rochester! The house is centrally located in the North Winton Village at the end of a quiet street. So many things in walking distance! The house guide gives tons of suggestions. **Please note- This is a duplex, you will have one side completely to yourself. Parking is on the street and guests never have an issue finding a spot right in front :) 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on second floor. Main floor has living room, dining area, full kitchen, and front porch. Back yard is not fully fenced but available for guests to use! Each room has floor ac unit! Kitchen has coffee pot, Keuirg, electric tea kettle, cooking utensils, spices, air fryer, toaster, blender and much more! Please reach out if you have any questions! We provide towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and extra blankets and pillows for all of our guests. Bathroom also has hair dryer and other products you may need. There is a full house manual you will see upon arrival that gives you instructions about the house and a full guide of the area! Location is amazing!
