There are two larger and comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and a third smaller bedroom which serves as both an office and a guest bedroom for a visitor. The bathroom has a modern flair and plenty of storage. All new beds and mattresses with hypoallergenic covers. The home gym includes an exercise bike, dumbbells, yoga mats, bolsters, cork blocks, folding chairs, physical therapy bands (for stretching) and an exercise belt! Bath includes towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, washcloths and toilet paper. Kitchen is well equiped and has plenty of silverware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and glassware. Small appliances include a coffee pot, a ninja blender, and microwave. The water qualityis excellent in Rochester and a brita water purifier is provided for extra pure drinking water. Laundry is on the premises in the basement with washer/dryer and clothes table. There is also a porch to enjoy seasonally and the surrounding neighboorhoods have a lot to offer! Parks, restaurants and bars, and many locally owned businesses!
