Im being asked to describe the best parts of this property. I want to say the most adorable 3 year old you've ever seen but I think I should point out the fantastic backyard grill and fire pit for evening relaxation. There is also a six seater table for outdoor dining. Weekly cleaning can be arranged in your private space if that is something that interests you. With fresh linen changes. Your space comes with a large dresser, bedside table and queen bed. There is a flatscreen TV with a fire stick so all the viewing apps are available. You may make use of the full kitchen upstairs if you wish or remain in the privacy of your space.

The space

This is a large, furnished basement with a walk-out door into your own yard space below the main house. A large picture window gives you fantastic views of the yard, letting in plenty of light as you need it. A wet bar with sink, fridge, microwave and TV is provided. There is also an air fryer. Please note that there is a half bathroom directly up the stairs from the space and the bathroom with shower would be in the bedroom wing of the house. Previous tenant stayed 8 months and was very content.
