Awesome inground pool during summer months! Huge fenced in backyard. Beer fridge and freezer in garage. :) Finished basement. Looking to rent the basement which is a large bedroom, with egress window and 2 block windows for lighting. Living room area with TV, full bathroom with shower just put in summer 2020 are all yours as well as the room downstairs. Washer and dryer is shared but is downstairs next to your bathroom for easy use! The entrance is a keypad lock right next to where you park on driveway and you can go directly to the basement from there. It is shared entrance but easy to come in and go to apt downstairs I have a rescue dog that barks when entering at times but hes just saying hi lol. So must like dogs The kitchen is shared with me upstairs but everything can be used so no need to move a thing. You can have half the fridge and freezer whatever you need. There is a kitchenette with kuerig, micro and mini fridge, little kitchen table, plates and silverware etc. I live right near Wegmans in West Irondequoit. Gas stations, banks, fast food, and the Lake. Durand park is a couple minute drive and is awesome for hikes and walks and beach in summer months. About a 10$ drive or UBER ride to the city and downtown bars and restaurants. Tons of grub hub and door dash options here as well. I can tell ya all the bars and restaurants and places to go and eat! Im a hairstylist in the city and have a pretty great network of friends and family here.

The space

Best suited for one person. It is a shared entrance with us but easy to come in and go to the apartment. Its in the door then down the stairs
