Room · 35 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

This is one of two private rooms on the main floor of a family home. The bathroom is shared. The homeowners reside in the basement and are frequently out of town with work. The common areas include the entry hallway, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and laundry room. There is a piano available for tenants to use and both the front and back yards are accessible to the tenants. The homeowners can access the basement through a separate entrance as well, so the front door is primarily for use by the tenants.
