Set on four open acres, this house offers the kind of space that's hard to come by indoors and out. The wrap-around patio out front and the screened-in back porch with seating make it easy to enjoy fresh air without the bugs and a great spot to take in the quiet surroundings. There's also a backyard with room to stretch out, barbecue, or just unwind. Parking is straightforward, with a two-car garage and an additional driveway to keep things hassle-free. Inside, the home has a clean, practical layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on a single level. The bedrooms each have queen-sized beds, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and closet space, and both come with brand-new mattresses for a more comfortable stay. The recently redone bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a clean, modern look. The main living area has plenty of seating, including a sleeper couch, end tables, and another smart TV, so you're set for streaming. Right next to it, the dining area comfortably seats six and has an electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch in colder months. Flooring throughout the home is a mix of warm hardwood and durable kitchen linoleum, keeping things both stylish and easy to clean. The kitchen stands out with its open-concept layout. It features a mix of black and stainless steel appliances, an island for extra prep space, and Formica countertops that are tough but low-maintenance. There's also a second table with chairs in the kitchen itself, perfect for quick meals or coffee breaks. You'll find brand-new cookware and dishes already stocked. Utilities are included, and small pets are allowed, which keeps things flexible for different living situations. Smoking isn't allowed inside the home. With all the space, new essentials, and thoughtful updates, it's a spot that's easy to settle into for a short or long-term stay.
