Private, covered entrance; dramatic western mountain views from both rooms; expansive yard. Full house generator, so no dark, cold nights in times of power outage. One room is bedroom/en suite bathroom with full bed and closet and other room is living area/kitchen with twin platform bed. Ceiling fan in each room. Electric range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, extra small freezer. Full bed, twin bed, desk, tables, chairs, dresser. High speed internet.

The space

Cookware & dinnerware provided. Snowplowing provided but tenant clears own walkway from driveway to apartment door. Tenant may do laundry once weekly by appt. in main house. Tenant removes own trash at least once weekly. Access to house systems (burner, etc.) is through apartment kitchen; tenant must allow access upon notice when necessary for service or repair. Renter's insurance required for stay over 30 days. Cleaning fee $200; refundable deposit $500.
