Nice clean Cape on quite street, fenced in backyard, garage, some storage, mountain views,sunsets. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog, ride the bikes or just stay in and relax.The house is close to downtown with many restaurants, ,theater, farmers market.
The space
2 bedroom 1 bath Cape. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a twin over queen. The bath has a nice big tub. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and the washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. There is parking in the garage and storage. The yard is fenced in with nice solar lite caps. Im also open to roommate situation. Im mostly just here on weekends.
