Covid Free This is a great location in Rutland, very close to the Medical Center and other nursing facilities. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Large private bedroom with private entrance in front of home. Furnished bedroom including high definition tv. All utilities included with internet and netflix, of course. Piano and guitar available if you are musically inclined. Shared home with professionals. Everything is included except for your food and personal items. I prefer that the renter supply their own bedding and towels. There are so many choices with pillows and sheet textures, Im not sure what a renter would prefer. great back deck if weather permitting with grill and lots of flowers, in the warmer months of course. very close to all the ski areas, within 30 minutes or less. I have rented to many medical professionals previously and they found the home and atmosphere very warm and cozy.. nice dogs are welcome.

The space

The space is very large and most travelers love it, I have never heard a complaint. I always try to improve the unit and living areas by asking the travelers what could I do to make it more comfortable for them. they always seem to be happy with the way things are. the location is perfect to the facilities to downtown area for shopping and recreation. The $250.00 deposit is refundable as long as the nurses contract is fulfilled and a 30 days notice given before contract ends or if terminated early.
