Curtis Park bedroom 1

• Remote workers
• Traveling nurses
• Contract workers

Room · 1,400 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

This is a two-story Tudor home with an enclosed back yard (with a BBQ). It is 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms will be rented and each will have their own bathroom. I have one of the other bedrooms for when I return to Sacramento once a month. At that time I will share the upstairs bathroom. There is a family room downstairs with a TV hooked up to Roku and in the living room is another smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Wifi is good throughout the house. A lovely dining room, a wifi printer in an alcove, and a kitchen nook facing the back garden make this a comfortable and warm home. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is two blocks from the large Curtis Park which has tennis courts, a basketball court, playground equipment and is well used by walkers. Restaurants are close and the community college is less than a mile away. Curtis Park is one of the older neighborhoods in Sacramento. It is tree-lined and filled with friendly and active neighbors. The Sierra 2 Theater is two blocks away and in non-Covid times, plays, concerts and performances are at the theater. Sierra 2 also has several dance studios and offers numerous dance classes, exercise classes, and Zumba on a drop-in basis (for a small fee). No smoking and no pets. Because this is shared living space I want to be cognizant of other boarders and allergies etc. This is a women-only home. This room is ideal for female traveling nurses due to the proximity to at least 5 medical institutions.

The space

The downstairs is a large kitchen with a kitchen nook that looks out at the back garden. A dining room opens to the living room where there is a Lazyboy couch, a Lazyboy lounge chair and a large smart TV. A hallway leads to an extra room with another tv and a futon, and the downstairs bedroom and attached bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Neighborhood: Safe and friendly neighborhood.
