The space

This is a 95 year old 2-story home, with a quarter basement. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is the owner's office, and two of which will be for rent. The owner has a master bedroom suite with bath on the second floor. The first floor bathroom is shared by two renters. There is also a small bathroom that renters may use in the first floor utility room. Renters may share the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, utility room and basement play/entertainment room.
