It is fully stocked and tastefully decorated and furnished with new furniture. It is a short walk to the UC Davis Medical Center, Shriners Childrens Hospital, and shops and restaurants in historic East Sacramento and Oak Park. Easy access to major freeways and a short drive (~10 minutes) to Midtown, downtown and the Capitol. Perfectly equip for both short and long-term stays. The new kitchen come with stone countertops, a gas range, and a powerful hood. It is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals at homenew Cuisinart pots and pans, baking trays, sharp knife set, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, basic cooking oils, condiments, and spices, etc. There is very fast internet and dedicated work space with a monitor for remote/nomadic workers. Two mini splits, one in the living room and one in the bedroom to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Pet friendly.

Neighborhood: This very private cottage is in the beautiful neighborhood of Tahoe Park. It is walking distance to UC Davis Medical Center and the Shriner's Hospital. Centrally located about 10 minutes from downtown/midtown, there are lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby.<br />
