House · 1,200 sq ft · 3 beds · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Our Sunshine in Sag Harbor is on a hill with water view across the street. The Bay Beach odd a short walk down the block and the ocean beaches are a short drive to the south. There is a full service farm stand 300' up the road and a market 1/4 mile the other way down the road. There's plenty of on property parking off the street behind the house.

The space

Our house is a small cottage on a hill. It has 3 bedrooms and a very large living room and Sun deck for entertaining. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for those that like to prepare their own meals. There is also a separate dining room. Out house is old but kept very neat and clean.
