It has a shared back yard, great neighbors, clawfoot tub, new washer/dryer in basement, maple hardwoods, and a big front porch. This unit was previously occupied by the owner, so it is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. Utilities are included and it's furnished with comfy and lovingly chosen vintage furniture. I normally rent to travel nurses, and do credit/background checks as well as employment verification.
