Great neighborhood for walking, and also right around the corner to Planet Fitness and Taylor Park. In walking distance is the library, shopping, post office, movie theater, and local restaurants. A dog park and public pool less than a mile away. Enclosed porch with lots of afternoon sunshine, and I am working on getting some blinds for the porch to help keep heat at a minimum. No A/C, but this apartment stays pretty cool, and I just purchased two tower fans that turn on by remote, and will start oscillating when the room hits a certain temperature. Washer/Dryer in unit. The bathroom has been remodeled. All new flooring. This unit is virtually allergen free. Everything is designed to be easily washable and has very little fabrics. If you have pets that are allergen free, that is a bonus. Non-Smoking Only (this includes vapes!) Tenants who are NOT travel nurses, such as "long term" or are renting as a 'pit-stop' before finding another place, need to give a 30-day notice when they plan to leave, which is standard procedure when renting an apartment. Travel nurses tend to have a little more flexibility because I generally know when their assignment ends, and sometimes their assignment may end earlier than they thought.

The space

Open Studio with galley kitchen that provides full size appliances including a washer and dryer. We allow some pets, however large dogs are no longer allowed. There is some storage space and a broom closet off the kitchen. I can provide "tenant surveys" from past tenants upon request.
