Room · 500 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

You will have the first floor to yourself which allows for privacy. Upstairs is the common space that includes the kitchen, dining room, deck, and full bath. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor. I work Monday - Friday as a school teacher, so I am gone most of the day. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and courteous. Must have full time employment. It is important that you pick up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. No pets and no overnight guests.

The space

The house is a split level and your bedroom, family room and 1/2 bath is located on the first floor. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We would be sharing the kitchen and dining room area along with a full bath and washer and dryer. Essentially, we would be housemates therefore, please be mindful of common spaces. I work full-time as a school teacher.
