Fully Furnished one bedroom/one bath private apartment within a single ranch home on a clean quiet dead-end street. Includes all utilities in the rent, including WiFi, Netflix, Hulu etc. You have the fully separated front half of the house (with private front entry) ~and I have the back when home (but I travel with work most weeks). Spaces are completely walled off & separate. Youll have an open floor plan ~living room, full kitchen(w/all basic necessities), a corner dinette and a desk w/office chair to work from on the the back side. One bedroom with full size bed (brand new bedding), large dresser, a TV and a slider closet. Adjacent full bath has a tub/shower w/glass sliders & comes set up with new set of towels/washcloths. Laundry is on my side(so no laundry-but there is a laundromat within a mile or so of the house), and I have toys to get in & out of the garage/driveway on occasion, so itll be street parking most weekends. Youre about 7-8 min to either I-270, I-44 or I-55. Walking distance a few blocks to Starbucks, Panera, post office, grocery, Walgreens & Grants Trail (hiking, biking) Ready for you to walk in with basically nothing but your luggage and groceries for the huge fridge. So if you travel to STL for work, a traveling nurse, student etc. and want something more homey to relax & unwind than the Extended Stay, this may be the place. Price listed is for 3 mo minimum ~shorter term possible (1-2 months), but would be ab additional $100 per mo. to help with downtime & re-renting etc.

The space

Main area inside the front door entry consists of an seni-open floor plan, with living room & rear desk area to the left, and a beautiful stocked kitchen and small bistro/dinette table to the right. Bedroom and full bath off to the right down a short hall. There is room for two if traveling as a pair, but only one bedroom with full-size bed and large dresser & closet.
