Cottleville was recently ranked as the #1 safest city in Missouri. You will love this town! Shops and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. Neighborhood pool available in summer months. Shared entrance at front door. Your apartment rooms are in lower level featuring high ceilings, lots of light, private bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress and closet space. Bathroom with shower is private. Kitchenette has microwave, induction hot plate, toaster oven, full refrigerator and all cookware and dishware needed. Private family room has very large screen TV that is ready for your streaming service. High speed wifi is provided. You can make use of our laundry upstairs. We are a friendly, young, empty-nest couple enjoying life. We work full time so if you happen to be night shift, the house is very quiet during the day.
