TL;DR: Beautiful and bright 1-bedroom newly remodeled basement apartment with private entrance in the heart of SugarHouse. Includes private laundry, parking, high speed internet, and central air/heat. Large front yard (shared with us, a young couple who lives upstairs). Quiet, walkable, and friendly neighborhood. Central location with easy access to everything Salt Lake City has to offer. The long version: Basement unit of newly remodeled Sugarhouse home with many windows for natural light. From the side door, you walk down a short set of stairs into a: - Open-concept living/kitchen area - Living room: all new furniture, a smart TV (with your login), - Kitchen is fully stocked for your use (pots, pans, cutlery, plates/bowls) and has a full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Two countertop stools for enjoying dinner while watching your newest Netflix show. - One-bedroom: brand new queen bed, full length mirror, and large closet with hangers provided. - Large bathroom with a massive shower and spacious vanity. Private washer/dryer and detergent/dryer sheets provided. The whole apartment has new overhead lights but also plenty of natural light and lowlight lamps for the evening. Internet is via Google Fiber, so it is fast and reliable. Incredible location - - 15 min walk / 3min drive to SugarHouse Center with stores, breweries, restaurants, Whole Foods, a movie theater, Target, Starbucks, etc. - 15 min walk / 3min drive to the beautiful Sugarhouse Park. - Half a mile to Brickyard with Harmons grocery store, Corepower yoga, TJ Maxx, and more. - 2 minutes off of I-80 entrance but away from the highway noise. - 35-45 minutes to all the ski resorts. Garage and upstairs units are not accessible. No smoking. Must be respectful of upstairs renter as well.
