Comfortable and clean basement apartment in a great neighborhood. Private and secure entrance, fast wifi, full kitchen, washer + dryer access and a charming backyard. Grocery store, coffee shop and bus stop are just a block away. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay: The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, including spices, olive oil and condiments. There's a big walk-in closet next to the bedroom, with plenty of space in the living room to work or relax with very fast Google fiber wifi. And you'll share access with us to a washer + dryer, along with a big, green backyard. More than anything, we really hope you enjoy your time here! Ian and I live upstairs and will be happy to help you with anything you need, while still giving you complete privacy. Other details to note: Since this is a basement apartment, ceilings are a little shorter than normal. The top of the doorframe is about 6ft, ceiling is about 7ft. If you are pretty tall, limber up! Almost all of our guests don't have a problem, Ian is 6ft tall and gets around the apartment just fine. Just the two of us live upstairs and are fairly quiet, but because it is an older house, some noise will travel. Absolutely no pets, smoking, vaping or parties. We keep quiet hours after 10pm and expect roughly the same.
