You will often have the whole house to yourself, as I travel for work, but Im only a phone call away and can help you with any issues or concerns.

The space

The room comes with a queen size bed, small closet, nightstand, and dresser. Its on the opposite side of the house from my room. The living room is easy to relax in and you can use the kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, any space, except my room which is restricted for my own use. This neighborhood is called Beacon Hill and its in the process of being revitalized. There are some new restaurants and shops that have opened up in recent years, one of which was featured on the Food Network. The neighbors are friendly and always willing to chat and help with questions or concerns. Its centrally located, so very convenient to lots of places. Just a 10 minute drive to Downtown. Beacon Hill is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Antonio for investors.
