The Cottage is a quiet and peaceful setting at the rear of a 3 acre lot in a neighborhood that feels as though one is in the country, although we are actually in the middle of the city and very close to everything. To enter, one must go thru a secure gate as a main home, pool, grounds and a fully detached barn/car port are also there. The cottage sits off by itself, so that privacy is not an issue. The pool area is closer to the main home but accessible to the cottage. The owners live in the main home on the property. The park like grounds are maintained and landscaped and there is a small private patio very close to the cottage where one can grill outside if desired. The entire acreage is monitored closely by four large dogs - friendly Golden Retrievers, a Rottweiler, a Goldendoodle and a sweet cat! And sometimes deer dare to come over the fence.
