Great location near local coffee shops and restaurants! Easy access onto the 5 highway, and Coronado is a quick drive over. Very walkable to downtown and Petco Park. South Park is a walkable or a short bike ride. The property itself is a separate building on the side of a single-family home. Separate entrance and gate to access a common area in the backyard with patio furniture. Laundry is shared in a separate mudroom located outside the main property with a dedicated day to do. The family does have a dog that will be out back at times. The inside is modern with concrete floors and some walls, wood paneling on the ceiling, and minimalistic furniture to make it as open as possible. There are two fully equipped sit/stand desks as we both work from home and fast Verizon internet. The kitchen and bathroom are supplied with basics and cleaning products. There is a separate filtered water faucet and a toaster oven in the kitchen. The cooktop is induction with compatible pans provided.

The space

The place is in a shared space with a single-family home with separate access through a side gate and door into the unit. The downstairs includes a living area with a new sofa, an internet TV, and a working desk (sit/stand) with dual monitors. The bathroom and kitchen are on the first floor. Floors on the first floor are concrete and stone in the bathroom. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with another sit/stand desk for working with dual monitors, and large windows that open to the front of the unit. Neighborhood: It is located in Golden Hill and is walkable to downtown, Petco Park, and the surrounding South Park neighborhood. There are coffee shops and restaurants around the corner with easy access to the 5, a 5 minute drive to Coronado and 10 minutes from the airport!
