Neighborhood: This property is 1/2 block from the Pacific which is a wonderful place to swim, surf, walk and relax. If youn leave your windows open at night (which I do) you can hear the ocean. It is also walking distance to a great grocery store, many restaurants, a library and much more. If your driving it's 15 minutes to almost everything you need.
