Centrally located and family friendly with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Only 1/2 mile to the Historic Belmont Park. Quiet and a get area to relax on your days off! Old style Mission Beach neighborhood. Uncrowded sandy bottom beach break straight out front. Rent a board around the corner or sign up for surf lessons across the street. Paddle board on the bay or explore Mission Beach on a bike. The boardwalk is just steps away. Check out great local restaurants, juice bar and coffee shops or enjoy happy hour at one of nearby watering holes. Check out laid back beach area and hang with the locals. Your beach oasis awaits. With Air Conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals or mix a fun cocktail to enjoy while relaxing on the cozy patio. The bedroom has a Queen bed. The daybed trundle also transforms into two full size twin beds. Just a note, there is NO parking space with the home, so a detailed map of surrounding parking areas is provided in the information booklet. Once you have stayed for a few days you get it wired! We are located in the center of Mission Beach with everything you need only a block or two away. (A large grocery store is about 1/2 mile away.) -- 1/2 block to the bay -- 1 1/2 blocks to the beach -- 1 to 3 blocks away from a few amazing cafes and coffee shops. -- 1/2 mile to Garnet Ave; which makes up the heart of Pacific Beach, where you can find great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Vons, a 24 hour fitness, many yoga studios, and much more.. -- 2 blocks to the nearest bus stop. -- 1 mile to Historic Belmont Park where you can ride the roller coaster, eat some ice cream, and play until your heart is content. - 9 miles to the San Diego Zoo and beautiful Balboa Park. -- 9 miles to the airport and downtown Amtrak station.

The space

This is a true one- bedroom home. There is also a daybed which can accommodate another person. We are pet friendly and close to stores and coffee shops. Available end of August/September onward.
