PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION~ TWO - Craftsman Cottages available! Both cottages are 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom units. They each have their own fenced in, semi-private yard. One yard is better than the other, one cottage has some minor updates. One parking spot might be available, prices are negotiable. BOTH cottages are comfortable and nice in their own right! New beds and pillows, comfortable and clean. Let's discuss which unit fits your needs and budget the best! Everything is negotiable! You will LOVE the location of the cottages the most! The charming old craftsman's have many unique original characteristics. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to cook including an insta-pot. The mattress and pillows are new and comfortable for a great night's rest. The large couch is comfortable and large enough to sleep on. You will enjoy the gated yard to soak up the sunshine. Only a short jaunt to numerous restaurants and shops. Enjoy the nearby Hilcrest farmers market every Sunday. You are only minutes from the interstate and a short drive to the beach or downtown. The cottages are on a large corner plot with 9 other cottages and garages. Each cottage is a private house with no shared walls and semi-private, fenced yards. Rarely will someone pass through your yard, but your neighbors may walk through the area, just as you may find yourself passing closely by your neighbor's while coming and going home. We look out for each other and respect each other's space while understanding we live in a close urban environment. We are all really nice and friendly, you should be too. Monthly listing price includes rent, all utilities and Wi-Fi. If parking is available, we can negotiate the additional cost depending on availability and the length of your stay. There is no laundry on site but many laundromats nearby, some offering affordable drop off- wash and fold service. There is a $40 background check fee associated with the application, completed online in a couple of minutes. Based on background/credit, a flexible $200 refundable deposit is due to hold the unit for your stay. Monthly rent due upon arrival. When tenancy is over, your deposit will be refunded minus any additional, agreed-upon costs, such as parking or extra services.
