A substantial three story condo located in the heart of Mission Beach, only steps from the sand w/ ocean & bay views! Walk 30 seconds to the beach, bay, and restaurants/cafes. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, generously sized living room, fully supplied kitchen w/ dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/dryer, patio w/ grill, balcony off the master suite, and garage. Comfortably sleeps up to 9 people if needed. Spread out in this 1600 sq ft beach condo! This condo has been loved and well maintained since the 80s featuring high ceilings, original finishes, and updated furniture. This rental is well positioned in the heart of Mission Beach, a lively beach community on a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Both the ocean and bay side have wide boardwalks for bicycling, walking, jogging, or early morning dog walks. On the first level is the garage, laundry room, a full bath and two bedrooms with a queen size mattress in each room. One of the bedrooms has French doors that open up to the ocean breeze! The second floor occupies the main living areas of the condo with the kitchen, living room, and dinging area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. Cook anything in our fully supplied kitchen complete with a dishwasher for easy clean up. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. We supply you with all the cooking pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. There are the usual kitchen gadgets such as bottle openers and cork screws. Plus the home has a propane barbecue on the front patio for outdoor grilling. The third floor hosts a large airy master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and skylights. Featuring a queen and twin size bed, a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony where you can relax and enjoy both beach and bay views! For fun in the sun, we have provided guests with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogieboards, and sand toys. And if we don't have something you would like, have no fear with our outstanding location, beach rentals are a short 2 minute walk away where you can find bikes, scooters, paddleboards, surf boards, and more! Please note this unit has a tandem 2 car garage that can really only fit two sedans "tandemly". The garage is too small to fit large trucks or large SUVs. Vehicles that cannot fit into the garage must find street parking. There are two parking lots located just North and South of the unit for free overnight parking as well as ample street parking. Please be courteous of our neighbors and do not block any driveways or garages in the alley, there are no parking spots available in the allies. This is a duplex. There is one other unit on this property. There are no shared spaceds other than the exterior entry and exit walkway. Weekly landscaping and pest control maintenance may occur during your stay. Please do not be alarmed as this is our scheduled maintenance. Thus unit does not have AC but the ocean breeze lovingly provides enough cool air to make the unit comfortable.
