We have lived in this home for 30 years and will be traveling this summer to spend some extended time with our grandchildren. The home had a full interior remodel in 2012 so it comes with a spacious open kitchen and modern furnishings. The home's third bedroom and garage will be used to store our personal items while we're traveling which is why the home is being rented as a two bedroom two bathroom. We are also dog friendly with a dog door to the backyard.

Its centrally located, near downtown, the beaches, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Little Italy, the airport, hospitals and much more. Its a charming community that is safe, quiet, where you can walk to local parks, shops and restaurants. Our home is light and open with a well-maintained property with luscious gardens. - Dog Friendly Neighborhood: The historic Mission Hills neighborhood is unique in that it is a front porch neighborhood where people actually sit out on their porches, lots of folks have dogs and walk.
