Smoke detector and Carbon Dioxide detector. Located in a highly desirable, CENTRAL, and very quiet neighborhood above Mission Bay. There is a shopping mall less than one mile away which includes Sprouts Grocery Store, Starbucks, Fast Times Bar and Restaurant, water store, Burger King, Liquor store, Barber shop, Sola Salons (with many hair stylists), Bicycle shop, 2 yoga studios, and across the street there is a Bay Hill Tavern and Restaurant, and several other eateries and bars.

This is a NEW and fully furnished ADU in a centrally located and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has brand new and state of the art major appliances. Utilities and Internet and driveway parking are included. It states that host has been here for 1 yr. 7 mos. That is incorrect. I first hosted with an extra bedroom (in house) for one student -summer of '25. (Positive Experience!) [Ex-Superhost with Airbnb for 6 yrs. and 300+ guests.] :) ADU was built summer and fall of 2025; not rented until 26... Neighborhood: Safe and Quiet neighborhood. 2 miles from Mission Bay and 4 miles from Pacific Beach. 2 miles to a trolley station. 7 miles to airport. 8 miles to Balboa Park/Zoo. 10 mile to Petco Stadium/Downtown. 7 miles to La Jolla Shores...VERY Central to everything!!
