This is a private 1-br apartment on the upper floor of a beautiful Craftman Style home. It has its own private entry from the side garden that's for your private enjoyment. Tons of natural light with windows on north, east, and west sides. You'll have panoramic, unobstructed views of San Diego Bay from your livingroom. The bathroom is a cute modern styled bathroom with a beautiful deep bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak and with rainshower and handheld for the perfect shower. The unit also has a massive walk-in closet (see picutres) and plenty of storage space. The location is ideally situated right between and only steps from Little Italy (great restaurants, shops, and night life) and Balboa Park (world famous zoo, museums, outdoor concert venues,golf course, frisbee golf, and hiking trails). From Balboa Park to all along the bayfront (AKA Embarcadero, past Waterfront Park, past the USS Midway Museum, and towards Petco Park, the convention center, and Seaport Village) is a great walking/jogging/running route. Restaurants and shops in the downtown area (Gaslamp and East Village) are also walking distance. PETS: cat ok, with additional cleaning fee & $500 refundable pet deposit.

The space

My favorite thing about this space is the amazing views (the sun setting over the San Diego Bay, watching planes land, and the ships and sailboats coming into and out of the harbor.) This unit has an amazingly comfortable electric reclining loveseat for your rest and pleasure while you enjoy the great views. Plenty of natural light and fresh breeze you can get with all the windows, but if you want quiet and/or dark you can close everything with room darkening curtains and turn on the ceiling fans or A/C. Neighborhood: Location, Location, Location!!!<br />The apartment is perfectly located in walking distance of so many of San Diego's favorite spots (of locals and tourists alike). My favorite walking locations include: Within 5 minutes walk: Balboa Park West and Little Italy; Within 10 minutes: The Embarcadero, Waterfront Park, over a dozen museums in Balboa Park; Within 15 minute: The Zoo, Downtown, Seaport Village, the Gaslamp area, and Hilcrest; Within 20 minute: Petco Park and the Convention Center.
