This home is on the ocean side of Mission Blvd. It is located in the center of a court with about 6 homes to the beach. Mission Bay is across Mission Blvd. Either direction is the Pacific Ocean or Mission Bay. Belmont Park is a couple of courts away with restaurants, bars and an amusement park. The board walk is a 2.5 mile paved walkway to the Pacific Beach pier or a 5 mile round trip morning walk. It is a quiet court with many full time residents..... It has a newly remodeled kitchen and new LVP floors. Electronic locks...no keys to lose. Two king size bedrooms with TVs in each room and a loft with 1 queen size bed , sleeper sofa and large TV in a sitting area. Upstairs outdoor deck has wicker sectional, propane fire pit, 4 burner BBQ, bar high table and 6 stools.....great place for lounging, relaxing and enjoying the beach area. Rooftop small deck has a table with 4 chairs and 360 view above the rooftops. This is a 3 story building with our unit being the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a one bedroom unit on the first floor that is not owned by us and is owner occupied.

The space

We have a 1 month minimum and are happy to extend to 6 or 9 months if your contracts are extended. We have 2 king size beds on first floor and a queen size bed in the upstairs loft. The 2 bathrooms are on the first floor We also have a hot/cold outdoor shower to use after days at the beach We have beach chairs, 2umbrellas and boogie boards .and to-go cups to take to the beach. We are loaded up with beach towels Our neighbors are quiet and full time residents. Neighborhood: South Mission Beach in San Diego. Two blocks south of Belmont Park. 1/2 block from ocean, 1-1/2 block from bay. Coffee shop, 2 bars, 2 restaurants 1 block away
